Prices above include gas, electricity and use of all facilities except telephone*.
A €150 security deposit is payable on arrival. This deposit is refundable (less any breakage's or cleaning) within 4 weeks of departure.
Extras available as follows:
Bed linen and towels can be hired for £5 per person per week.
Optional end of stay cleaning service (otherwise expected to be left clean or deducted from deposit)
Other facilities subject to availability (call for details)
Babysitting from qualified English nanny (in summer TBC)
